About The Position
This position is for a Clinic RN in Surgery General at UW Health in northern Illinois. The work schedule is 100% FTE, Monday-Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, and will be located at UW Health 9th St. Clinic, 209 9th St, Suite 200. Additional compensation components may include evening, night, and weekend shift differential, overtime, and on-call pay.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
- Must provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained.
- Computer experience.
- Current RN licensure from the State of Illinois.
- Bi-annual CPR certification.
