About The Position
This position is for a Clinic RN in Family Medicine at UW Health in northern Illinois. The work schedule is 100% FTE, with hours varying Monday through Friday between 7 am and 5:30 pm. The role is located at the UW Health Bell School Rd Clinic.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
- Must provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained.
- Computer experience.
- Current RN licensure from the State of Illinois.
- Basic Life Support/CPR Certification.
