About The Position
UW Health in northern Illinois is seeking a Clinic RN for Family Medicine General. This is a 100% FTE position, Monday-Friday, with variable hours between 7:00 am and 7:00 pm. The role is located at the UW Health Belvidere Clinic.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
- Must provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained.
- Computer experience.
- Current RN licensure from the State of Illinois.
- Basic Life Support/CPR Certification.
