About The Position
Responsible for providing pulmonary care services in accordance with specific physician orders. Administers respiratory care to patients with deficiencies and abnormalities of the pulmonary system, performs clinic diagnostic test (spirometry) of the pulmonary system to aid physicians in the diagnosis and treatment of lung disorders.
Requirements
- Current Louisiana Respiratory Therapist license is required.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
- Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification (or must be obtained within six (6) months of hire) is required.
Nice To Haves
- 2 years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist is preferred.
