About The Position

This role is for a Clinic Registered Nurse at the All Saints Spring St. Campus in the Women's Health department. The position is full-time, day shift, and does not require weekend or major holiday work. The nurse will implement and monitor patient care plans, coordinate care across disciplines, carry out physician and nursing orders, and assess and coordinate patient discharge planning needs.

Requirements

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Licensure from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing OR current home state license if considered multi-state/Compact State.
• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required. OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Implements and monitors patient care plans.
• Monitors, records and communicates patient condition as appropriate.
• Serves as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
• Notes and carries out physician and nursing orders.
• Assesses and coordinates patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
