About The Position

A medical facility located near Tabor City, NC is seeking a full-time, permanent Clinic Registered Nurse to join their Dialysis clinic team! This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity with a Mon-Fri schedule, 8am-5pm. The role involves adhering to procedural checklists for administering immunizations/injections, ensuring examination rooms are clean and stocked, obtaining and documenting vital signs, performing in-house diagnostic testing, managing patient workflow, and providing support to patients and staff.

Requirements

• Must have active RN license
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a medical office or outpatient clinic
• BLS certification required

Responsibilities

• Adheres to procedural checklists for administering all immunizations/injections.
• Ensure that all examination rooms are clean and fully stocked with supplies, including replacing any expired supplies.
• Obtains and accurately documents vital signs and confirms chief complaint.
• Triages and performs in-house diagnostic testing according to orders.
• Manages patient workflow in the clinical area.
• Provides support and assistance as needed to patients, nurses, physicians, and other staff.
