About The Position

One Health is seeking a skilled, compassionate Registered Nurse to join their medical clinic team. This role provides high-quality, patient-centered, team-based medical care using the nursing process. The RN will work closely with providers and care team members to support patients across the lifespan, blending clinical skill, critical thinking, and compassionate communication in a fast-paced clinic environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Wyoming
• BLS certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)
• Valid Driver’s License
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach
• Team collaboration and consultation skills
• Sound clinical judgment and critical thinking
• Professional discretion and ethical practice
• Effective time management and adaptability

Nice To Haves

• Two (2) years of nursing experience
• Experience in a medical clinic or primary care setting
• Experience working with diverse populations

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments, triage, screenings, and care coordination in collaboration with providers
• Administer medications, treatments, immunizations, and injections per provider orders
• Assist with exams and procedures; perform wound care, specimen collection, and lab testing
• Monitor patient responses and report critical values promptly
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide appropriate interventions
• Communicate with patients, families, providers, and care teams to ensure continuity of care
• Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans, preventative care, and wellness
• Identify health literacy needs and provide appropriate education and materials
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic medical record
• Support audits, quality improvement initiatives, and regulatory requirements (PCMH, UDS)
• Participate in performance optimization and risk management activities
• Participate in daily huddles and team meetings
• Assist with inventory and supply management
• Perform medical assistant duties when needed and maintain competence
