We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join a leading pediatric neurosurgery practice. You will need to be highly organized, proactive, and steady under pressure, with the ability to guide families through complex situations while maintaining structure and clarity.
Requirements
- Graduate of nursing program from an accredited college or university
- Active RN License
- One (1) year experience as a Registered Nurse
- Current BLS Certification
Nice To Haves
- Pediatric experience preferred, ideally in a surgical, neurology, or specialty clinic setting
- One (1) year experience working in an outpatient clinic setting
Responsibilities
- Serve as a central point of contact for patient care
- Respond to calls and portal messages in a timely manner
- Coordinate appointments, procedures, and follow-up care
- Manage referrals to and from other physicians
- Assist in the prior authorization and precertification process of tests, procedures, medications
- Travel to satellite clinic locations as directed by physician's schedule
