PRIME Occupational Medicine's mission is to provide employers worldwide with the best tools to optimize the efficiency necessary to maximize improvement in each worker's health and safety. The objectives of this role are to serve clients by greeting and assisting them, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records and accounts. This role welcomes clients and visitors in person or on the telephone, and answers or refers inquiries. The position requires providing quality customer service, checking patients in and out, and ensuring all information and billing is complete and accurate in a pleasant manner.
