About The Position

As our Clinic Receptionist, you will be the welcoming face of our clinic, providing essential administrative support and ensuring a smooth patient experience. Your role is vital in maintaining an organized and efficient healthcare environment, from managing patient check-ins and appointments to handling critical patient information with utmost accuracy. You'll play a key part in patient satisfaction and clinic operations, reflecting our commitment to humankindness at every interaction. Every day you will answer and route phone calls, schedule appointments, and meticulously collect, verify, and update patient demographic, copay, and insurance information. You'll manage document scanning, prepare patient charts, and assist with check-out procedures, including collecting payments and scheduling follow-up care. Additionally, you'll ensure timely communication regarding appointments and support general office needs like mail handling and supply ordering, collaborating closely with clinical staff to ensure patient flow and informed care. To be successful in this front office medical professional role, you will need at least one year of experience in customer service, clerical, or business-related functions, coupled with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Your commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality, adhering to all policies and standards, and embodying our values of compassion and integrity, will be crucial.
