About The Position

As a Clinic Prep Clerk for Olympia Orthopaedic Associates, you will be responsible for the preparation of clinic health files. This position will involve assembling electronic charts for patients, verifying chart details and insurance information, as well as obtaining referrals from outside physician’s offices. Our Leadership Team values your success by providing regular team meetings and offering cross-training within the department.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1-year applicable office/clerical experience preferably in a medical office setting
