About The Position

The Clinic Practice Nurse plays a vital role in supporting patients through their fertility journey by delivering high-quality, compassionate care in a fast-paced clinical environment. This role is ideal for detail-oriented professionals who thrive on providing patient-centered support and possess strong clinical skills. The Clinic Practice Nurse will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to administer treatments, perform ultrasounds, and guide patients throughout their fertility care journey. We are seeking a Clinic Practice Nurse to join our dedicated team at Pinnacle Fertility - Washington in Richland, WA. This is a full-time, onsite position working Monday through Friday — standard hours are 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM.

Requirements

  • Completion of an accredited nursing program.
  • Active RN license in the state of Washington required
  • Current BLS certification required.
  • Candidates must have clinical experience in women’s health, reproductive medicine, or a closely related field, and/or possess ultrasound proficiency (or be willing to complete training upon hire).
  • Experience administering injections and supporting medication protocols.
  • Excellent communication and patient education abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain composed in urgent situations.
  • Comfort with EMR systems and general clinical documentation.
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds and perform duties requiring physical activity.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA and commitment to patient confidentiality.

Responsibilities

  • Perform fertility-related limited ultrasounds and document findings accurately.
  • Administer medications and injections as prescribed; educate patients on usage and compliance.
  • Provide in-depth patient education across the fertility treatment process, including cycle monitoring and post-procedure care.
  • Conduct intrauterine insemination (IUI) procedures in alignment with clinical protocols.
  • Respond to medical complications, including vasovagal reactions, with appropriate interventions.
  • Monitor patient progress and maintain clear communication with physicians and team members.
  • Serve as a clinical resource to support staff and assist with quality improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate electronic medical records (EMR).
  • Assist in coordinating systems repairs or maintenance and contribute to workflow efficiency.
  • Help develop and maintain accessible and accurate patient education materials.
  • Ensure adherence to clinic policies, safety standards, and applicable regulations.
  • Provide care and communication in a supportive, empathetic manner to help reduce patient stress.
  • Participate in professional development and demonstrate a commitment to the team environment.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
