About The Position

The Clinic Operations Manager at Kidney Specialists of Southern Nevada is responsible for overseeing and directing the activities of our medical and healthcare facility. This role ensures smooth and efficient operations, high-quality patient care, and adherence to established quality standards. The manager plays a crucial role in planning, implementing, and managing various aspects of the facility, including staffing, budgeting, and patient flow, to support the overall success and efficiency of the clinic.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a Related Field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare management or clinic operations
  • Proven track record of successfully managing a medical facility, including experience with budgeting and financial management
  • Experience in staff supervision and development, including hiring, training, and performance management
  • Demonstrated experience in patient care management and improving patient flow and satisfaction
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to oversee multiple departments and functions effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with staff, patients, and external partners
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic plans to enhance clinic operations and patient care
  • Proficiency in healthcare management software and systems
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and quality standards in healthcare settings
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure
  • Strong analytical skills to assess clinic performance and identify areas for improvement

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the clinic to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
