Wound Care Clinic Operations Manager
About The Position
Valley View's Wound Care Clinic is looking for a Clinic Operations Manager! This is a day shift position, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm! Located between Aspen and Vail, along the Colorado River, Glenwood Springs is a mecca for outdoor adventures in our beautiful mountains. When you are looking to relax, we also have the largest hot springs pool in the world. As a community with a population of about 10,000, Glenwood Springs is an ideal size. At Valley View, our mission is to provide convenient, connected care to the communities of Western Colorado with scope, technology, and expertise that are rarely found in regional hospitals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Prior hospital experience preferred
- One to Two years of customer service experience preferred.
- Management: at least 3 years preferred
- Excellent customer service and phone skills.
- Ability to work under variable conditions, well-organized, dependable and flexible.
- Must be a team player.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Epic, Tableau.
Responsibilities
- Provides input into the operations of the clinic, front line staffing, staff development and training.
- Assists with data analysis and strategic planning for Wound Care.
