About The Position

RiverView Health is seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join their team. This full-time position will primarily support general surgery, clinic nurse visits, allergy injections, and care coordination tasks delegated from RN Care Management. Occasional travel to outreach clinics may be required. The role involves providing direct patient care under the supervision of providers, administering medications, immunizations, and treatments, collecting and documenting patient vital signs and health history, assisting with procedures and patient education, coordinating patient care, and ensuring accurate documentation in electronic health records (EHR).

Requirements

• Current LPN license in Minnesota and North Dakota. ND license must be obtained within 3 months of hire if not already held.
• Current American Heart Association CPR certification (or) must obtain within 4 months of hire w/ training provided.

• 1-2 years of Clinic experience

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of providers.

• Ensure accurate documentation in electronic health records (EHR)
