Clinic Nurse
About The Position
We are looking for RNs and RPNs to work in our clinic in Waterloo. This is a Full-Time position. CarePartners is one of Ontario’s largest accredited home health care providers, providing nursing, personal support, therapy and rehabilitation support services for patients of all ages. We care for approximately 72,000 patients each year in homes, schools, clinics, workplaces and retirement homes, through our 24 locations and 24 nursing clinics. Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) degree or diploma
- Current College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) registration in good standing
- A strong desire and commitment to making a difference in the lives of our patients
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- CPR Certification
- Current immunization record including 2 step TB test
- A current vulnerable sector check and a clear background check
Responsibilities
- Developing and maintaining an effective Care Plan with respect to Community Health Services, independently or in cooperation with the Ontario Health atHome.
- Working with patients in-person to provide exceptional nursing services
- Providing a wide spectrum of services within our fully equipped nursing clinic (i.e. compression therapy, oncology support, hydration management, IV therapy ostomy and wound care, catheter management , etc.)
- Performing other clinical duties as required
