About The Position

One Health is seeking a compassionate and driven nurse to deliver high-quality care, promote wellness, and lead health initiatives across Central Montana. This role blends clinical expertise with community engagement—empowering individuals and families to live healthier lives.

Requirements

• Nursing degree from an accredited nursing program
• Current LPN or RN license in state of practice
• Valid driver’s license

Nice To Haves

• 2 yrs of experience of nursing experience
• 2 yrs of experience in primary care

Responsibilities

• Deliver Patient-Centered Care – Conduct assessments, provide treatments, and ensure strong follow-up care.
• Collaborate Across Teams – Partner with providers and healthcare staff to create effective care plans.
• Educate & Empower – Support patients and families with knowledge on conditions, treatments, and prevention.
• Administer Medications – Safely deliver medications and treatments per protocols.
• Maintain Records – Accurately document patient care and changes in condition.
• Drive Quality Improvement – Participate in initiatives that enhance care and outcomes.
• Provide Inclusive Care – Deliver respectful, culturally competent care to diverse populations.
