About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. Requirements

• Current RN license in Wyoming.
• Nursing degree from an accredited nursing program
• BLS Certification (upon hire)
• Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including conducting assessments, administering treatments, and performing follow-up care to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Work closely with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive patient care plans.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care to promote health and wellness.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accuracy and adherence to protocols.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting all care provided and any changes in patient condition.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Provide culturally competent care to a diverse patient population, respecting and valuing their unique needs and backgrounds.
