Requirements

  • Must hold a valid Montana RN license in good standing with no derogatory information.
  • Works within the scope of licensure and capabilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to problem solve.
  • Has demonstrated abilities as defined by Nursing Competencies.
  • Ability to work both independently and interdependently.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Demonstrated effective communication skills.
  • Flexibility in working in a team setting.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check.

Nice To Haves

  • Minimum one-year experience preferred in an acute or ambulatory care environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provides nursing services to patients seeking care at Blacktail Health.
  • Collaborates with providers, pharmacy staff, medical assistants, care managers, behavioral health professionals, and administrative support staff to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care.
  • Provides skilled nursing services.
  • Implements and supports patient care plans.
  • Works with patients and families to address health needs and promote positive health outcomes.
