Requirements
- Must hold a valid Montana RN license in good standing with no derogatory information.
- Works within the scope of licensure and capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to problem solve.
- Has demonstrated abilities as defined by Nursing Competencies.
- Ability to work both independently and interdependently.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Demonstrated effective communication skills.
- Flexibility in working in a team setting.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
Nice To Haves
- Minimum one-year experience preferred in an acute or ambulatory care environment.
Responsibilities
- Provides nursing services to patients seeking care at Blacktail Health.
- Collaborates with providers, pharmacy staff, medical assistants, care managers, behavioral health professionals, and administrative support staff to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care.
- Provides skilled nursing services.
- Implements and supports patient care plans.
- Works with patients and families to address health needs and promote positive health outcomes.
