About The Position

We are seeking a Clinic Manager who can handle all aspects of clinic operations, from direct patient care and administrative tasks to inspiring and leading their team. The ideal candidate will foster a collaborative environment where team members feel valued and empowered, while maintaining a strong focus on patient care and customer service. This role involves significant hands-on work, with the manager expected to be actively involved in daily operations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • Successful completion of a state-approved Medical Assistant program. Employer may consider applicants based on extensive experience (unless required by state law).
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without restriction. We will not sponsor applicants for work visas.

Responsibilities

  • Understand and address patient and team member needs to ensure smooth daily operations for both the front and back office.
  • Actively coach and mentor staff, fostering a supportive culture where team members feel encouraged to contribute and learn from each other.
  • Maintain staffing levels and manage schedules to optimize patient care and access.
  • Identify opportunities for workflow improvement and work collaboratively with the team to implement effective solutions.
  • Adapt communication style to build strong relationships and keep conversations with patients, providers, and teammates tactful, positive, and productive.
  • Proficiently provide direct patient care, staying updated on best practices (for both front and back of clinic) to guide teammates and ensure quality treatment.
  • Function as a working leader, providing on-the-ground support (70-90% of the time), to ensure high-quality care and service.
  • Identify and resolve issues promptly, adapt to changing situations, and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Lead regular team huddles where you’ll share updates, celebrate wins, and give helpful feedback to keep everyone on the same page and fired up.
