About The Position

Skin Laundry is growing and opening multiple new clinics across the US. We are looking for laser-focused Clinic Managers to lead sales strategies and the day-to-day management of our clinics. As a Clinic Manager, you will inspire and lead by example, working directly with your team to coach, mentor, and motivate them to ensure successful sales and client retention strategies, customer service initiatives, and clinic operations. You will foster an energetic and passionate experience for our clients, acting as a kind and caring leader capable of making informed decisions and overcoming challenges.

Requirements

Minimum of 3-5 years of management experience in a retail environment.
Proficiency in Retail Math.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
Proficiency in Outlook.
Ability to commute reliably to home clinic location and periodically travel to other clinics for coverage.
Ability to walk short distances and stand for long periods of time.
Ability to lift and carry inventory and move clinic equipment.
Regularly required to reach, crouch, kneel, bend, twist, push, pull, and carry up to 25lbs.
Frequently talking and listening to clients in person and on the phone.
Ability to operate standard office equipment such as phones, keyboards, computers, and touch screen devices.
Specific vision abilities required: close vision, depth perception, color vision, and ability to adjust focus.

Responsibilities

Establish and lead the execution of business strategies to drive Key Performance Indicator (KPI) results, maximize performance, and achieve sales plans and goals.
Develop strong relationships with partners and clients for new business opportunities.
Customize local clinic marketing and outreach plans, collaborating with departments like Marketing to build brand awareness and drive sales.
Work directly with clients to sell memberships and products.
Participate in the training program to orient and develop new employees, managing ongoing clinic operations concurrently.
Hire, develop, and motivate a team, providing coaching and feedback as necessary.
Lead the team to deliver excellent customer experience and meet service and retail sales targets.
Organize regular team communication to discuss business updates, issues, and opportunities.
Evaluate and manage employee performance and develop individual career development plans.
Ensure all store operations are consistent and flawless, upholding people policies and standards.
Develop monthly, weekly, and daily clinic action plans to achieve revenue targets.
Provide coverage of the clinic, working on the floor and at the front desk.
Effectively manage all physical inventory and forecasting for service and retail.
Address client issues and queries professionally, accurately, and timely.
Evaluate existing business procedures and recommend improvements.
Create and manage team schedules to meet client needs and achieve clinic financial targets.
