About The Position

Lakewood Health System is seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinic Manager to lead and support our therapy services in Staples, MN. This unique dual-role position combines clinical practice with operational leadership, making it ideal for a motivated individual who thrives in both patient care and administrative oversight. Our skilled clinicians work in collaborative care teams with energy and passion for providing the highest level of excellence in patient care. Offering PT, OT, and SLP services, we incorporate a multidisciplinary approach with great teamwork all around.

Requirements

Applicants must have graduated from an accredited Therapy or Therapy Assistant program.
They must have, or be eligible for, licensing in Minnesota.
Proven experience in a leadership or management role within a healthcare setting
Strong understanding of clinical operations across multiple service lines (LTC, Home Health, Inpatient, Outpatient)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and in person

Responsibilities

Oversee and manage the operational success of all service lines under the Lakewood therapy contract
Provide direct leadership and support to clinical teams
Ensure compliance with organizational standards and healthcare regulations
Collaborate with internal departments to maintain high-quality patient care
Facilitate strategic planning and execution of clinic initiatives
