About The Position

BayCare Clinic Orthopedics and Sports Medicine is looking for a Clinic Manager to join their team in Green Bay, WI. This role is responsible for the overall functions of the department and the supervision of staff, managing all patient care areas to enhance patient and staff satisfaction. The ideal candidate will provide and promote positive customer service and public relations, modeling and promoting optimal conditions for patient treatment with particular attention to issues of patient confidentiality, respectful care and customer service. This position ensures the needs of patients and physicians are met to ensure efficient operation in patient care areas. The Clinic Manager will assist with employee hiring, develop training programs and processes to improve operational efficiency, and be responsible for maintaining positive employee relations while respecting and maintaining confidentiality. They will provide leadership, act as a mentor to staff, and provide coaching and counseling as needed, establishing and implementing performance standards for direct reports and conducting performance evaluations. The role is also responsible for all program development with a focus on the most current and advanced clinical techniques for optimal patient care, providing leadership in the development of clinic innovations in all areas of technology, patient care, and service. Additionally, the Clinic Manager will coordinate and review clinical staff schedules, meetings, and staffing requirements, monitor patient appointments, re-calls, and reports, adjusting schedules/scheduling appointments when necessary. They will work with the Practice Administrator to ensure compliance with federal & state laws, as well as BCC/BCHS policies, maintain petty cash, and work in a safe, compliant, and ethical manner at all times.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or Business or equivalent degree required.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills are required.
  • Working knowledge of Electronic Medical Record system.
  • 2 years of clinical and supervisory experience required.

Nice To Haves

  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office is preferred.
  • 5+ years of clinical and supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities
