About The Position

Responsible for providing professional leadership to the clinic by acutely managing specific administrative functions and the clinic staff. Supports operations team in human resource management and staff development. Management levels are determined by span of control, complexity and throughput as defined by Administration.

Requirements

• High school diploma and/or GED equivalent required.
• Must be computer literate.
• Excellent customer service/interpersonal communication skills.
• Computer operations, general office operations, HIPAA regulations.
• General knowledge in Human Resources practices including but not limited to payroll process, personnel recordkeeping and position control.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Detail orientation
• Good deductive reasoning
• Collaborates well with others; team player
• Performs duties in a self-directed manner with minimal supervision or direction

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years medical office/clinic supervisory experience preferred.
