About The Position

Indiana University Health is seeking individuals who embody excellence, compassion, teamwork, and purpose to join their Urgent Care leadership team in the role of Clinic Manager. This role assists the Senior Leader in planning, directing, and overseeing the overall operations within their areas of responsibility. The Clinic Manager is responsible for the ongoing development, implementation, and performance outcomes to improve the efficiency of responsible service lines. They will oversee the day-to-day supervision in assigned patient services areas, financial management, and facility adequacy. Maintaining optimal communication and collaboration between practice staff, physicians, administration, external customers, and appropriate health system staff is crucial to ensure service delivery that exceeds customer expectations. This is a fully onsite role, Monday-Friday day shift, with availability to round to evenings and weekends, as well as an on-call rotation at the Woodcrest Urgent Care location in Bloomington. Previous healthcare leadership experience is required.

Requirements

  • Previous healthcare leadership experience is required.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience is required.
  • Requires 4-6 years of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge in business applications.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely results.
  • Maintains compliance standards in accordance with the Compliance policies and the Code of Conduct.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
