Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business or related field or a minimum of five years Healthcare leadership/management experience is required.
• Management experience required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Knowledge of machines and equipment used in the Business Office area.
• Sexual Harassment training within 90 days of hire and annually thereafter.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of Accounts Receivable, Medicare, Medical, HMO/PPO, and W/C Billing & Collections preferred.

Responsibilities

• Planning, organizing and influencing department activities and delivery of services while maintaining continuous quality improvement.
• Maintaining operations within budgetary parameters.
• Effectively interacting with patient, physicians, and other health team members while maintaining standards of professional business conduct and service.
• Day-to-day management of personnel, including staffing, credential monitoring, timekeeping, employee evaluation, counseling, interview and selection of staff within established SMMG and regulatory guidelines.
• Overseeing 2 more clinics.
