About The Position

As a Clinic RN Manager, you will be a central figure in our patient care team, delivering exceptional, compassionate care that truly makes a difference in our patients' lives. Every day you will collaborate on comprehensive screenings, conduct critical risk assessments, provide vital preventative health education, and expertly coordinate care for diverse patient populations, leveraging technology to streamline processes. You'll ensure patients feel informed and at ease, patiently guiding them through instructions and addressing their concerns. To be successful in this role, you will combine robust clinical knowledge and technological proficiency with genuine compassion, strong communication skills, and an adaptable approach to learning and patient-centered care.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
  • Three (3) years of experience as a nurse supervisor, assistant nurse manager, or nurse manager.
  • Current WA State RN license is required.
  • CPR certification is required every two years or as specified by the work.
  • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing approved by the Washington State Board of Nursing.
  • Please be advised that this location requires quarterly American Heart Association (AHA) Resuscitation Quality Improvement (RQI) competency certification post-hire. This ongoing competency is required through resources internal to the facility; outside RQI competency resources are not acceptable for CommonSpirit Health compliance requirements

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s Degree with Ambulatory clinic experience.

  • Creates and motivates team to generate innovative ideas and challenge the status quo.
  • Uses VMPS to identify a problem, route cause, and engages the team in solutions.
