About The Position

We are seeking a RN Clinic Manager to: Direct and evaluate the department’s workforce including staff scheduling and performance. Prepare operating budgets, including volume projections, expenses and revenue estimates. Utilize data and metrics to lead the day to day clinical operations and coordination of patient care services in an ambulatory setting. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) Required
  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state(s) where patients are receiving care or may work as eligible per state licensing regulations Required
  • 2 years healthcare operations supervisory/management experience or three (3) years of progressive relevant leadership experience Required

Nice To Haves

  • Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN), Healthcare Management, Business, or related healthcare field Preferred
  • 5 years progressive, relevant supervisory/management experience Preferred
  • Previous clinic/healthcare management experience Preferred
  • Applicable clinical certification Preferred
