About The Position

Advance your career by leading the Infectious Disease/Immunology department and enhancing patient care at the #1 hospital in Wisconsin. We are seeking a Clinic Manager / RN Clinic Manager to direct and evaluate the department’s workforce including staff scheduling and performance. Prepare operating budgets, including volume projections, expenses, and revenue estimates. Utilize data and metrics to lead the day-to-day clinical operations and coordination of patient care services in an ambulatory setting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in healthcare management, business, or related health field required. BSN required for RN Clinic Manager
  • Two (2) years of health care operations supervisory/management experience or three (3) years of progressive relevant leadership experience. An equivalent and relevant combination of Master's level education, fellowship, or experience may be considered in lieu of total experience Required
  • 5 years of progressive, relevant supervisory/management experience.
  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state(s) where patients are receiving care or may work as eligible per state licensing regulations Preferred (Required for RN Clinic Manager)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Upon Hire Required

Nice To Haves

  • Master's Degree in Nursing, healthcare management, business, or related health field Preferred
  • Previous clinic/healthcare management experience Preferred
  • Applicable clinical certification Preferred
