FTE: 1.0, Shift: Day, Schedule: Monday - Friday Position Summary The Clinic Manager I provides direct supervision of daily clinic operations and is responsible for ensuring that the clinic and staff maintain ethical, professional, service and regulatory standards. This individual is responsible for coaching and mentoring staff, physicians and advance practice providers to successfully practice to the full capability of their role.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree
  • 4 yrs exp in a professional or technical role/function
  • 2 yrs exp in a supervisory or lead capacity
  • Consideration may be given to internal candidates not meeting the minimum qualifications

Responsibilities

  • As a visible and accountable leader, the Clinic Manager I translates senior leadership’s vision into actionable outcomes.
  • Success in this role requires strong skills in change management and performance improvement, along with foundational knowledge in business operations, revenue cycle, and healthcare systems.
  • The role also demands business acumen to drive process improvements and support program development across the clinics under their oversight.
