Requirements

• Full-time position (Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week)
• Must be available to work shifts between 7:30 AM and 5:30 PM
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation to travel locally between our offices
• Current LPN license in the State of Ohio (required)
• An innate ability to think critically, act decisively, and maintain calm focus in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

• 1+ year of LPN experience in a clinical setting preferred
• Experience in urology or a surgical specialty is a plus

Responsibilities

• Managing provider schedules and directing patient flow
• Handling the medication/script line and routing messages as needed
• Preparing rooms and assisting providers during in-office procedures
• Educating patients and answering questions within your scope of practice
• Reporting any adverse medication events to providers
• Contributing to the daily success of the clinic through teamwork and initiative
