As our Clinic Growth Director, you will play a key leadership role in driving patient enrollment, building community partnerships, and expanding our presence in Franklin. This is a part-time position (approximately 30 hours per week) designed for someone who thrives in both relationship-building and performance-driven environments. This role blends consultative sales, outreach, and operational coordination — ideal for someone who wants impact, ownership, and growth potential. Requirements

  • Sales, consultative closing, or business development experience preferred
  • Strong communicator with confidence discussing health programs and pricing
  • Self-motivated and comfortable with measurable performance goals
  • Organized, proactive, and community-oriented

  • Experience in medical, wellness, fitness, or med spa settings preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Conduct consultations and guide patients through program enrollment
  • Clearly explain membership options and pricing with confidence and empathy
  • Convert inbound leads into booked appointments and enrolled members
  • Improve booking rate, show rate, and close rate
  • Respond to new inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Maintain structured follow-up with prospective patients
  • Track and report key performance metrics (leads, bookings, shows, enrollments)
  • Drive consistent pipeline growth
  • Build referral partnerships with gyms, med spas, OB/GYNs, and local businesses
  • Attend and represent the clinic at community events, farmers markets, and public activations
  • Generate and capture new leads through outreach efforts
  • Strengthen brand visibility throughout the Franklin area
  • Support front-end workflow during clinic hours
  • Collaborate with providers and staff to ensure smooth patient experience
  • Maintain HIPAA compliance and professionalism at all times
