Requirements

Doctorate or Masters in Physical Therapy
5+ years of proven experience with track record of exceptional patient care
Dedicated to education and training with a desire to continue to grow as a Physical Therapist
Must be committed to Team’s initiative of making DEI a priority - bringing a sense of belonging and empowerment within a diverse workforce

Responsibilities

Growing, developing and managing an outpatient physical therapy clinic.
Providing exceptional physical therapy with measurable outcomes.
Taking control of Quality of Care in the clinic, using a patient-centered approach.
Hiring and managing the right staff.
Supporting Marketing Reps and fellow clinics’ marketing initiatives.
Maintaining relationships with key physicians and referral sources to promote Team’s commitment to care and increase patient referrals.
Attending lunches and functions set up by Marketing.
Ensuring that the clinic is a positive influence in the community.
Overseeing scheduling and treatments to keep the clinic full of patients and enhance the patient’s experience.
Managing productivity by defining and setting clear, reasonable and measurable expectations.
Managing the clinic budget to make financial decisions that support the clinic’s overall financial health.
Being aware of clinic expenses, such as patient travel, office supplies and medical supplies.
Ensuring the clinic complies with all state and federal healthcare regulations, staying in touch with ever-changing healthcare laws and policies.
Collaborating with Revenue Cycle Management to ensure accurate billing and reimbursement.
Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to maximize clinic performance and profitability.
Giving input on policies, procedures and strategy to ensure that all Team Rehabilitation clinics provide the highest quality of care.
Handling patient feedback and complaints promptly and professionally.
Leading, mentoring, and developing clinic staff, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
Managing employee schedules, performance reviews, and training.
Promoting staff engagement and retention through effective communication and support.
Continuously fostering a collaborative work environment where people from all backgrounds are respected and encouraged.
Enforcing policies to maintain a safe and positive working environment.
