About The Position

IRG Physical & Hand Therapy is seeking a passionate Clinic Director who is dedicated to patient care and professional growth. This role involves leadership, management, supervision, patient care, and administrative support for an assigned clinic. The Clinic Director is accountable for the overall success of their clinic, as well as the performance and productivity of all supervised employees and their own. Requirements

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current and valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
  • CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Knowledge and adherence to HIPAA laws and compliance regulations.
  • Demonstrated excellence in clinical processes and responsibilities.
  • Ability to prioritize, organize, coordinate, and perform a broad variety of tasks and stay focused on the objective in a high-stress environment.

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years of clinical experience.
  • Experience in outpatient, orthopedic, or sports rehabilitation settings.
  • Ability to lead and manage a team of therapists and support staff.

Responsibilities

  • Manage clinic staffing needs and scheduling.
  • Provide ongoing training and mentorship to all clinical and clinical support staff.
  • Offer technical direction to clinical staff on evaluation and treatment of patients.
  • Approve time off requests and bi-weekly timecards, understanding employee status and hour requirements.
  • Ensure all clinic staff complete EMR documentation within company specified guidelines.
  • Engage and collaborate with leadership team members to develop strategic initiatives and enhance the IRG culture.
  • Lead clinical and support staff to provide the highest quality clinical care and customer service.
  • Lead customer service and employee experience strategy for the clinic, providing coaching and training as needed.
  • Responsible for overall clinic financial success, employee productivity, and KPI performance in alignment with company benchmarks.
  • Review weekly flash reports, monthly insights reports, and other available reports, implementing strategic plans.
  • Maintain effective inventory and delegate ordering of office, cleaning, and clinical supplies.
  • Work with the facilities team to address clinic equipment needs and clinic maintenance.
