About The Position
Highbar is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to become a Clinic Director, offering a unique leadership opportunity to act as the CEO of their own clinic within New England's innovative PT practice. This role comes with a competitive base salary, uncapped bonus potential, and student loan assistance. Clinic Directors will have significant autonomy in leading their clinic, supported by a dedicated shared services team covering HR, finance, professional development, and compliance. Highbar is actively expanding across New England, looking for driven Physical Therapists ready to lead, build their team, and be rewarded for their results.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited university with a Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy recognized by the APTA.
- Current Physical Therapy license or eligibility to obtain one.
- 2-4+ years of clinical experience.
- Passion for patient-centered care and team development.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to drive clinic growth and operational success.

- Responsible for the overall management, patient experience, and clinical excellence of the designated clinic.
- Delivering innovative, high-quality, evidence-based, and personalized care.
- Operating within a model with lower-than-industry-average patient volume expectations.

- Supporting your team while advancing your own skills with $15K of in-house professional development.

- $80,000 - $100,000 base salary
