About The Position

Highbar is offering an experienced Physical Therapist the chance to become a Clinic Director, leading their own clinic as its CEO. This role is designed to be a career-defining leadership opportunity within New England's most innovative PT practice. Highbar is a premier outpatient practice focused on redefining physical therapy by creating an environment where clinicians can thrive without burnout. The mission is to empower people to feel better, move freely, and live fully. As a Clinic Director, you will have the autonomy to lead your clinic with full support from Highbar's shared services team, covering HR, finance, professional development, and compliance. The position offers a competitive base salary, uncapped bonus potential, student loan assistance, and a patient caseload of fewer than 12 patients per day to ensure quality 1:1 care and professional development time. Highbar is actively expanding and opening new clinics across New England.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited university with a Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy recognized by the APTA.
  • Current Physical Therapy license or eligibility to obtain one.
  • 2-4+ years of clinical experience.
  • Passion for patient-centered care and team development.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to drive clinic growth and operational success.
