About The Position

Joint Ventures Physical Therapy, now part of Highbar, is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to become a Clinic Director. This leadership role offers the opportunity to manage your own clinic, focusing on high-quality, personalized patient care with a lower-than-industry-average patient volume. The position emphasizes professional development, operational excellence, and a supportive environment with direct access to leadership. Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited university with a Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy recognized by the APTA
  • Current Physical Therapy license or eligibility to obtain one
  • 2-4+ years of clinical experience
  • Passion for patient-centered care and team development
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to drive clinic growth and operational success

  • Overall management, patient experience, and clinical excellence of the designated clinic
