About The Position

Joint Ventures Physical Therapy is offering an experienced Physical Therapist the chance to become a Clinic Director, leading their own clinic as its CEO. This role comes with a competitive base salary, uncapped bonus potential, and student loan assistance until loans are fully paid off. The position emphasizes quality 1:1 patient care with a caseload of fewer than 12 patients per day, allowing ample time for professional development. Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited university with a Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy recognized by the APTA.
  • Current Physical Therapy license or eligibility to obtain one.
  • 2-4+ years of clinical experience.
  • Passion for patient-centered care and team development.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to drive clinic growth and operational success.
