About The Position

We’re looking for a full-time Physical Therapist who is compassionate, motivated, and forward-thinking to open a DeNovo clinic with our team. Through servant leadership and intentional relationships, our team is committed to creating a family culture where we use our time, talents, and resources to care for our patients, communities, and one another. This is a private practice, small, down-to-earth clinic, not PE-backed, with a focus on quality of care over quantity. The clinic is 100% run by PTs and focuses on outpatient ortho, seeing a lot of athletes (not a lot of chronic pain).

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Licensed Physical Therapist in respective state required
• Certifications: First Aid, AED, & CPR

Nice To Haves

• Experience with athletes
• Experience with chronic pain patients (though not the primary focus)

Responsibilities

• Open a DeNovo clinic
• Provide physical therapy services in an outpatient orthopedic setting
• Lead and mentor staff through servant leadership
• Foster a family culture within the clinic

• Salary up to $85,000 per year, depending on experience
