About The Position

Ageless Women’s Health, a sister company of Ageless Men’s Health, is seeking an experienced and motivated Clinic Director (PA-C or NP) to lead an upcoming clinic in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. This role combines clinical leadership, direct patient care, and operational management, focusing on helping women feel their best through personalized Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT), wellness medicine, and concierge primary care services. The clinic aims to help women feel better, live better, and thrive through advanced hormone therapy, medical weight loss, and essential women’s health services.

Requirements

  • Active PA-C or NP license (required)
  • Minimum 1 year of clinical experience (women’s health, hormone therapy, weight management, or primary care experience preferred)
  • Leadership or management experience in a clinical or outpatient setting (preferred)
  • Proficiency in EMR systems, charting, and compliance documentation
  • Commitment to evidence-based, patient-focused care

Responsibilities

  • Lead all aspects of clinic operations — patient volume, staffing, training, compliance, and financial performance.
  • Conduct new patient consultations, review medical histories, and perform physical assessments.
  • Order, review, and interpret lab work and diagnostic results to develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Prescribe, monitor, and adjust HRT and related medications.
  • Oversee wellness services, including IV therapy, vitamin injections, and medical weight management (including GLP-1 medications).
  • Provide concierge medicine services such as pap smears, birth control management, blood pressure management, preventive screenings, lab work, and common illness management.
  • Review and sign off on patient charts, lab results, and documentation in the EMR.
  • Ensure compliance with all clinical, safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Mentor and develop your team — fostering a high-performing, patient-centered culture focused on quality and care.
  • Collaborate with regional leadership to enhance patient outcomes, retention, and clinic growth through superior service and medical excellence.
