About The Position

Peak Physical Therapy, a brand partner of Upstream Rehabilitation, is seeking a Clinic Director to lead a new clinic in Grand Prairie, Texas. The Clinic Director will treat patients while also overseeing the onsite clinicians. Peak Physical Therapy is known for being above the national average for effectiveness of care, with a mission to serve patients promptly with integrity, honesty, and compassion. Upstream Rehabilitation is a large network of over 1200 clinics with 26 brand partners, leading the outpatient physical therapy field.
