About The Position
ProActive Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine is offering an exciting full-time opportunity for a motivated Physical Therapist to join their fun, supportive, and dynamic outpatient clinic at their Mission Valley location. This therapist-owned and operated practice is looking for someone to elevate their career and lead with or without a title, contributing to team-oriented decisions and creating a safe, warm, and friendly clinic atmosphere. The role involves problem-solving, celebrating wins, and exceeding patient expectations.
Requirements
- Graduate of a CAPTE-approved Physical Therapy Program.
- Current state Physical Therapist license.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong operations and leadership skills.
- Superior organizational skills.
- Advanced computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Proficiency in teaching and using EMR software.
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Nice To Haves
- Spanish speaking is preferred but not required.
