About The Position

Joint Ventures Physical Therapy (JVPT) is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to become a Clinic Director. As a leading outpatient physical therapy practice and part of Highbarâ€™s innovative team, JVPT focuses on empowering clinicians to provide exceptional care while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Requirements

Degree in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE-accredited program
Current Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one.
2-4+ years of clinical experience
Leadership or management experience preferred.
Passion for patient-centered care and team development.
Strong business acumen with the ability to drive clinic growth and operational success.
