You will have a direct hand in local community outreach, program development, and operational decision-making, giving you true ownership over the clinic's success.
Requirements
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active state Physical Therapy license (or eligibility to obtain).
- 3+ years of clinical experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting.
- Strong communication, organizational, and team-building skills.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily clinic operations, ensuring efficient patient scheduling and workflow.
- Provide high-quality, individualized physical therapy evaluations and treatments.
- Mentor, train, and develop staff physical therapists and support personnel.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize clinic productivity and compliance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referring physicians and the local community.
