About The Position

NEXT Physical Therapists care for people suffering from general, orthopedic, and neurologic conditions that adversely impact their ability to enjoy life. As a NEXT Physical Therapist, you are part of a team that works together to Empower People to Achieve Results through creative, compassionate, industry leading care. NEXT Therapy is a therapy services provider with locations in Florida and Kentucky. We are a solutions oriented company with the stated Mission of Empowering People to Achieve Results. Currently our services empower people who reside in Independent, Assisted and Memory care communities. Our passion is around empowering people to be active and engaged in their community so that they can enjoy and experience life to the fullest.

Requirements

• Outgoing, Personable and Confident
• Exceptional Communication Skills and Coachability
• Self Directed and Comfortable working Independently
• Working knowledge of Medicare documentation and billing/coding practices
• Graduate of an APTA or CAPTE approved physical therapy program
• A minimum of 2 years professional experience
• State Licensure
• Basic Life Support Certification via the American Heart Association

• Work together as part of a team to Empower People to Achieve Results through creative, compassionate, industry leading care.
• Demonstrate flexibility and creativity in care delivery and therapy plans that produce Results for our Patients.
• Ensure that each patient leaves feeling happy, healthy and Empowered to function at their best in their daily activities.
• Be a resource to our patients and key stakeholders with a goal of helping as many people as possible every day.
• Work independently.
• Utilize working knowledge of Medicare documentation and billing/coding practices.
• Provide services to people who reside in Independent, Assisted and Memory care communities.
