Physical Therapist - Clinic Director Huntingdon, PA Lead Your Own Outpatient Clinic with Drayer Physical Therapy! Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent)
• Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license (or eligible)
• Outpatient experience
• leadership experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop a team of PTs, PTAs and support staff
• Drive clinic performance, patient outcomes and the patient experience
• Build strong relationships with local providers and referral sources
• Carry a patient caseload with individualized, evidence-based care
• Create a culture of learning, accountability and fun
