Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Active or eligible state license to practice.
• Prior experience is preferred, but new graduates are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 patient care within senior living communities.
• Act as a provider and an extension of the communities served.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide therapy opportunities.
