Clinic Director I - Licensed Therapist OT/PT
About The Position
EmpowerMe Wellness is seeking a Clinic Director I, a Licensed Therapist (OT/PT), to lead teams and foster a culture of care within their communities. This role involves guiding teams, building relationships, and supporting residents in staying active, independent, and supported. The Clinic Director will play a key role in implementing the integrated EmpowerMe 360 model of care, which combines therapy, wellness, and care coordination to make a significant difference in residents' lives. The position offers flexible hours and the opportunity to work across three North Denver communities: Hyland Hills Senior Living, Keystone Place at Legacy Ridge, and The Ivy Thornton. The company provides free Continuing Education Units (CEUs) and conducts annual performance reviews to support professional growth.
Requirements
- Current professional license in your therapy discipline (PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP)
- Leadership or mentorship experience (formal or informal)
- Passion for empowering seniors to live their best lives
- Strong clinical skills with a collaborative spirit
- A desire to lead, connect, and be visible in your community
Nice To Haves
- Experience leading a team, program, or clinical initiatives preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide physical, occupational, or speech therapy services while leading your team in delivering high-quality care
- Mentor and support clinicians, helping them grow in their clinical skills and confidence
- Partner with community leadership to implement and strengthen the EmpowerMe 360 model
- Build strong relationships that drive resident engagement, program participation, and enrollment
- Coordinate care across therapy, wellness, and medical services to ensure a seamless resident experience
- Lead and support team performance, scheduling, and day-to-day clinic operations
- Contribute to program development and quality improvement
