Clinic Director I Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) Part-Time or Full-Time
About The Position
EmpowerMe Wellness is seeking a Clinic Director I, Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to lead teams within senior living communities. This role involves managing daily clinic operations, mentoring clinicians, and implementing the EmpowerMe 360 integrated care model. The Clinic Director will focus on building relationships with residents and community leadership to enhance care delivery, promote resident independence, and ensure a seamless resident experience. This position offers a unique opportunity to continue providing direct patient care while also developing leadership skills and contributing to program development and quality improvement within a supportive team environment.
Requirements
- Current professional license in your therapy discipline (PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP)
- Leadership or mentorship experience (formal or informal)
- Passion for empowering seniors to live their best lives
- Strong clinical skills with a collaborative spirit
- A desire to lead, connect, and be visible in your community

- Experience leading a team, program, or clinical initiatives preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide physical, occupational, or speech therapy services while leading your team in delivering high-quality care
- Mentor and support clinicians, helping them grow in their clinical skills and confidence
- Partner with community leadership to implement and strengthen the EmpowerMe 360 model
- Build strong relationships that drive resident engagement, program participation, and enrollment
- Coordinate care across therapy, wellness, and medical services to ensure a seamless resident experience
- Lead and support team performance, scheduling, and day-to-day clinic operations
- Contribute to program development and quality improvement
