About The Position

EmpowerMe Wellness is seeking a Clinic Director I Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to lead the heartbeat of care within senior living communities. This role involves shaping how care is delivered daily, guiding a team, building trusted relationships, and helping residents stay active, independent, and supported. Through the integrated EmpowerMe 360 model, there are opportunities to bring therapy, wellness, and care coordination together to make a significant difference.

Requirements

• Current professional license in your therapy discipline (PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP)
• Leadership or mentorship experience (formal or informal)
• Experience leading a team, program, or clinical initiatives preferred
• Passion for empowering seniors to live their best lives
• Strong clinical skills with a collaborative spirit
• A desire to lead, connect, and be visible in your community

Responsibilities

• Provide physical, occupational, or speech therapy services while leading your team in delivering high-quality care
• Mentor and support clinicians, helping them grow in their clinical skills and confidence
• Partner with community leadership to implement and strengthen the EmpowerMe 360 model
• Build strong relationships that drive resident engagement, program participation, and enrollment
• Coordinate care across therapy, wellness, and medical services to ensure a seamless resident experience
• Lead and support team performance, scheduling, and day-to-day clinic operations
• Contribute to program development and quality improvement
